Opening for Nothing at Cat's Cradle, Violent Magic Orchestra delivered a performance that absolutely shook everyone’s soul. From the moment they stepped on stage, it was clear we were witnessing something completely different. Their sound was a perfect synchronization of metal and industrial energy — chaotic yet precise in a way that kept the entire room locked in.
The crowd didn’t stand still for long. Before you knew it, everyone was on their feet jumping, and eventually the pit opened up as moshing broke out with the whole room feeding off the intensity. It wasn’t just the music either — the visuals were mesmerizing. Lights flashed in perfect time with the crushing beats, creating an atmosphere that felt like being transported to another dimension.
Then there was Zastar. Her harsh vocals ripped straight through my head in the best possible way. It was intense, hypnotic, and impossible not to be drawn into.
Without a doubt, this has been the most surprising artist I’ve seen so far this year. Violent Magic Orchestra is officially a band that ZENITH has its eye on.
